Refund Policy

If a paid plan is not right for you, we will refund your first payment in full when you ask within 14 days of being charged. This applies to monthly and yearly plans.

How to ask

Email support@batchfacts.com from the address you subscribed with. We refund to the original card, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time with the Manage subscription link. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Later renewals are not refunded, but you will not be charged again.
